| In recent years, with the high-speed development of national economy, national investment in infrastructure is increasing year by year, bridges across the rives, lakes bays and canyon that are not convenient to build. So there are more and more deep water foundation engineering. Construction of deep water foundation engineering also requires working face, therefore, how to provide safe and secure environment for it becomes the problem that engineers need to solve. Use of cofferdam technology with tubular column, pile foundation engineering construction is effective to provide a convenient working place for construction process, It’s helpful to solve problems.The main idea of waterproofing cofferdam is to prevent water and soil, sometimes it needs to prevent erosion and landslides, the purpose of cofferdam with the construction is to prevent the outside of the water pouring the weir, after the construction, the cofferdam can be removed, in order to prevent the blockage of the water flow and channel. Cofferdam construction has a variety of forms, according to the relevant regulations and industry experience, combined with the characteristics of various kinds of cofferdam structure and construction area environment, analyzed detailed the scope of the application of various kinds of cofferdam. There are many technical problems in the process of cofferdam construction and the solution to the common construction problems are put forward in this paper.This paper takes a bride pier construction as an engineering example, stress distributions in supporting structure of steel sheet pile cofferdam by elastic fulcrum method, use the finite element analysis software Midas civil to mimic the steel sheet pile in the construction process of stress and deformation. According to the calculating date and corresponding norms, the strength, rigidity and stability of the steel sheet pile are analyzed in order to ensure the safety of construction to provide reasonable suggestions.In this paper, the design of steel sheet pile cofferdam is made and the construction scheme of steel sheet pile cofferdam is established, the calculation results of internal force of steel sheet pile under different working conditions are analyzed in detail, and the deformation of steel sheet pile in construction process is obtained, the internal force supporting system of the steel sheet pile is calculated and the layout of the internal support system is obtained, the cofferdam subsealing concrete is calculated strength, discussed whether to need to join the pulling resistant pile. The whole stability of the steel sheet pile cofferdam is calculated, the stability of foundation pit is analyzed and calculated, including the uplift resistance of soil layer checking and piping checking.According to the finite element analysis of the steel sheet pile cofferdam, the corresponding monitoring scheme is established, determine the reasonable monitoring sequence and methods, which will play a certain role in monitoring the construction cost, schedule and quality. This will ensure the smooth running of construction. By comparing the simulation results with the measured results, shows that the model established by Midas civil is reasonable and the result is reliable. So this paper provide a useful reference for similar engineering examples. |
