With the development of science and technology, higher demands for weapon launching are of great necessity. Electromagnetic gun on the tank is one of the products of modern science and technology. This thesis makes a detailed study on pulse current characteristics under the electromagnetic lift-off technology on some kinde of hybrid armored vehicle. By analyzing pulse forming network, calculating current waveform and then analyzing frequency spectrum, it is observed that pulse current amplitude can be up to thousands of ampere in the course of discharge in an extremely short time and fall down slowly with a rather wide range of distribution frequency.Considering factors like electromagnetic interference that impact a tank, there will be higher demand for testing performance of measuring apparatus. It is hard to measure the data fast and precisely by a common sensor.In order to solve the defects like small amplitude of common sensor, narrow frequency band and electromagnetic interference, thesis attempts to set up testing technical index of pulse current by analyzing generation priciple of pulse current. After analyzing merit and demerit of four common methods of testing pulse current, methods of Rogowiski coil test are chosen to be adopted. Because of the wide frequency brand of tested current, testing device is required to have a wide response of frequency brand. Through the analysis on integral circuit of Rogowiski coil and frequency compensation by combining active and passive integral, measuring frequency brand will be widen. Hardware storage circuit based on FPGA is designed and electric signals measured by the sensor are collected and saved.The storage system is designed by building block, including hardware and software circuit. Hardware circuit covers power circuit, signal transformation&filter circuit, acquisition circuit, control circuit, storage circuit, reading interface circuit, data saving and shield interference of shell. As for software circuit, the control and data saving of system logic sequence are realized through FPGA.Data measured in the test will be read in PC. By calibrating and analyzing the system according to the data, the result indicates that Rogowiski coil test device can achieve the testing work precisely and attain the testing index designed by the system.
