With the progress and development of pulse power technology,as well as the urgent demand for high power and large current in many fields such as national defense and industry,the high power pulse power system has been widely applied.At present,the common testing methods in the field of current testing are unable to meet the testing requirements of high-power pulse power supply with megabit ampere discharge current due to the defects of insufficient stability,limited range and low measurement accuracy.Therefore,a very large current measurement technique based on Rogowski Coil is proposed.In view of the strong electromagnetic interference in the charging and discharging process of the pulse power supply system,the AC/DC magnetic field module of COMSOL finite element analysis software is used to build a model for the simulation analysis of the electromagnetic environment,so as to determine the safety test distance of the acquisition system in the electromagnetic environment.The advantages and disadvantages of several current measurement methods commonly used at present are analyzed and compared.Rogowski Coil current measurement technology suitable for pulse power system is selected,and a complete current measurement system is designed,including Rogowski Coil,integrator and data acquisition and storage circuit.In order to ensure the safety of the test personnel in charge and discharge test,the remote wireless control function is proposed to realize the remote monitoring of the acquisition system.The acquisition system uses FPGA as the main control unit to complete the logic control of A/D conversion,Flash storage,remote wireless control and USB data read-back.In addition,the time sequence logic design is simulated.Finally,the current acquisition system is tested and verified,and all functions meet the design requirements.In the charge and discharge test of pulse power supply,the currentacquisition device has successfully completed the test work of pulse very large current.The test results show that the current measurement technology based on Rogowski Coil is feasible and can be used in current detection of high power pulse system.
