During the construction of coal mining, large-scale water conservancy, traffic engineering and high-rise buildings, the question of safety monitoring project can not be ignored..The subsidence and deformation has been keen to field research scholars in the process.With the rapid development of monitoring technology, related theories are constantly deepening, and the data processing method is also rising.The use of appropriate reference benchmark is a key to dealing with the problem of Settlement, benchmark selection determines the method of data processing.The adjustment calculation and analysis of monitoring data need to rely on computer programming,and developing the appropriate calculation program is essential. The main contents are as follows:1. The basic principle of the quasi stable adjustment is described in detail. It results obtained by the method of minimum norm condition and the additional condition method are equivalent. And it can also calculate the single linear loss phenomenon in the monitoring network.2. According to the subsidence monitoring network of North coal mine Gubei North (6-2) mining area, based on the quasi steady reference, the stability of the reference datum is analyzed by using the block gap method, using the block-gap method to analyze the stability of the reference base, using the average gap method to test the overall displacement for monitoring network, and using the test method to analyse the surface monitoring point changes. The stability of the settlement monitoring network is analyzed and tested effectively.3. In the process of observing the settlement Monitoring network, the existence of gross errors will affect the adjustment results, using data detection method to analyse the gross errors in observations.4. Reliability is used to measure the gross error of the monitoring network structure. As an indicator of the quality evaluation in monitoring network, taking the hypothesis theory as the foundation, reference for adjustment calculation using quasi steady reference,analysing the monitoring network reliability of Gubei North Mine north of a (6-2) mining area, and get a good effect.5. According to the basic theory of the paper, through the program to achieve the observation data of the verification and adjustment calculation, And the quality of the monitoring network is evaluated, and the flow diagram of the program processing data are introduced in detail.
