Heating pipelines are usually operated for many years in the corrosive environment, the internal and external suffer from varying degrees of corrosion, resulting in decreasing the compressive capacity of the pipeline, easily leading to a large number of leaks, thus affecting the user’s living environment safety and heating. Monitoring changes to the flow state by microcontroller, and then making to determine the alarm, these were firstly proposed in the paper. Through remote control regulating valve regulates flow of pipeline design, the realization of heating water leakage of the real-time monitoring and intelligent control, can greatly reduce the user to control leakage reflect, to keep down the loss. The design mainly includes the following 4 aspects :(1)In this paper, the ultrasonic flow sensor, mechanical balance device and capacitive differential pressure sensor with STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller is connected, when large leakage can alarm and buzzer alarm and send text messages, the user can according to the actual situation of the selected one as alarm acquisition components. Ultrasonic flow sensor and flow tube output analog signal into STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller, then compare to determine whether water leakage. Mechanical balance device is communicated to heating pipelines, pipeline pressure change large linkage photoelectric coupling isolating switch the trigger of low level, SCM leakage issue alarm signal instruction. Capacitive pressure difference sensor is connected to heating pipe, then, the pressure difference signal into the microcontroller is compared with the set value to determine whether the leakage.(2)The function control part of the SIM900A_mini module and HLK-RM04 serial turns Wi Fi module combination. Module and mobile terminal debugging after the completion,users can remote control regulating valve in outdoor and indoor. SIM900A_mini module can receive the alarm messages, transfer of temperature sensor, switch regulating valve.According to the Wi Fi module, can realize to read the temperature value, switch and semi open the valve.(3)The design of the system circuit, including power circuit design, flow sensor and capacitive differential pressure sensor with circuit design, serial connection GSM and Wi-Fi module power supply design, electric control valve control circuit design and circuit design oftemperature sensor. The modular design ideas were adopted in this part, to facilitate the installation and commissioning of the user connection.(4)The movements of the program including single chip main program design, alarm sampling design part of the program, Wi Fi communication module program design, the GSM module serial communication program design and temperature acquisition program design.The program flow chart and action flow chart were described in detail.
