Grain is the national important strategic resources, food security is closely related to people’s lives. China is a populous country, the amount of grain per capita in the world at a low level, and the grain storage process due to the high temperature inside the warehouse caused a lot of food waste. Therefore, to save food, the development of green grain storage technology has become an inevitable trend of modern food storage development. Water film insulation method using water cleanliness can be recycled, specific heat capacity, good heat insulation effect and other advantages. Currently the use of a water film on the granary was no complete insulation technology programs and concrete measures. Therefore, the technical feasibility of the use of numerical simulation and experiments to explore the insulation film of water law may provide new ideas for the development granary insulation system.This article closely combined with the measured data of test storehouse in Henan University of Technology and various environmental conditions, the temperature inside the granary and barn environment was simulated and measured grain. The main research contents are as follows:1. Based on the heat transfer theory, experiment with real-time monitoring data warehouse, set the boundary conditions, using ANSYS software to numerical simulation of the granary of the temperature field distribution of temperature field and flow.The simulation results were compared with measured statistical data, to grasp the changing rule of the temperature field inside the warehouse.2. Using ANSYS to establish of a pilot three-dimensional model of the warehouse, meshing of the model, through theoretical calculations of various types of water film system flow coefficient, by adopting of ANSYS software quality control equation, momentum equation and wall heat transfer control equation,and through iterative calculation and based on ANSYS software to simulate variation of the temperature field in the warehouse that was added with circulation water film conditions.3. The measured results and processing film and without film simulation results were compared, the results show that the water film system can effectively reduce the temperature of the granary, the water film circulating water can take away a lot of radiant heat from the sun.Under the control of ambient temperature, the water film material, internal temperature and imported grain bulk temperature of the premise, set different water flow rates and water film thickness as variables, numerical simulation and comparison of different water film systems with different water film systems are carried out. And ensure the water film system have enough heat preservation and heat insulation effect,under the concept of energy saving to optimize water flow rate and water film thickness in the water membrane system, to maximize the economic benefits of the water film.
