| With the development of science and technology, intelligent Home Furnishing has become the development direction of today’s society building, central air conditioning has become an important part of intelligent buildings. Also the control requires of temperature and humidity of central air conditioning are growing with each passing day. At the same time, facing the social background of energy saving and emission reduction, as a large power consumption, the energy conservation work of the central air conditioning has become a hot issue. The key to solve such problems is to achieve better control result of central air conditioning system. Therefore, the better implementation of central air conditioning temperature and humidity control effect has become an important research topic. Because the central air conditioning system is a system with nonlinear, large delay, strong coupling characteristics, the traditional PID control strategy can’t get it well controlled. The intelligent algorithms such as fuzzy logic algorithm, have high dependence on the experience of experts, which limits its application in engineering. For the time being, PID algorithm is still the most widely used controlling means in the control of central air conditioning system. Recently a fuzzy logic algorithm theory which is based on weight analysis table, is created which is able to solve the problem of application of traditional fuzzy logic in engineering theoretically, which provides new ideas for the application of intelligent algorithm in the control of central air conditioning.In this paper, through the learning and research of the fuzzy logic control algorithm based on the weight analysis table, I conduct a research on the application of the fuzzy logic algorithm in the control of central air conditioning system, taking the regular pattern of the selection and adjustment of the weight curve into consideration.The main work of the paper is detailed as follows:(1) This paper compares and studies the characteristics of the traditional fuzzy logic algorithm and the fuzzy logic algorithm, and analyses the advantages and existing problems of the fuzzy logic algorithm in engineering application, and also discuss the solutions. And a PD controller based on the fuzzy logic control algorithm is designed. Also the programming of the algorithm has been completed based on the MATLAB software.(2) This paper takes the analysis and comparison of control results of the typical weight analysis curve through the simulation experiment of the low-order system, and summed up the adjustment and selection rules of weight analysis curve.(3) In this paper, we get the single input single output system model of the air-conditioning system by system identification, and some simulation experiments are conducted, choosing the typical weight curves, to verify the selection and adjustment rules of weight curves obtained before which could provide a theoretical guidance for the design of the weight curves.(4) Finally, single input single output temperature control experiment and double input double output temperature and humidity control experiment have been completed based on the fuzzy logic algorithm, on the central air conditioning experimental platform system, which makes it possible for the use of the fuzzy logic algorithm in control applications of central air conditioning system and verifies its decoupling function. And through the comparison of the experimental results of PID, I got the conclusion that the control result of the fuzzy logic algorithm of central air-conditioning system is better than PID algorithm. |
