In the hatch training machine, hatch is the most important part of training machine.The main function is make it can be run in accordance with predetermined trajectory. The degree of deviation of the trajectory of the hatch between the ideal and the actual, direct reflection of the quality of design about the hatch training machine. With the help of Pro/Engineer software modules, established a dimensional model for the hatch training machine, and take trajectory analysis and structural analysis for it. It provides a certain degree of help and guidance for installing, adjusting and testing the physical prototype of the hatch training machine. The main contents are the following:Established a dimensional model for the hatch training machine, some components of the mechanism are simplified and united to facilitate later simulation for the design model is complicated and number of components is big. Define constraints on the right place,so that virtual model has the same kinematic and dynamic characteristics with the real prototype. Verified the motion characteristics of the hatch in the open process by analyzing a point of displacement, velocity and acceleration on the hatch.In the trajectory analysis based on the hatch, selected the two sets of institutions as an example with the four-bar linkage translation agencies and the handle mechanism. Take the hatch’s trajectory as the objective function, sensitivity analysis model was established about the handle mechanism and the four-bar linkage mechanism. Obtained the parameters on the impact of the hatch trajectory by solver.On the basis of the sensitivity analysis, optimal design for the dimensional parameters determined, and obtained location graph with bodies optimized. Contrasted it with the location graph optimized before and curve control points, implement amendments to the mechanical structure of the hatch. On the other hand, verified the reliability of the structure in the simulated load handle by mechanical structural analysis for internal handle.
