The box-type cross section with ear beam structure is a common cross section form used in domestic bridge erecting machines at present.The lifting trolley realizes the beam erection operation through longitudinal movement on ear beam rails on both sides.The main girder with ear beam track structure(hereinafter referred to as double ear type main beam)is the main bearing structure of bridge erecting machine,the safety of double ear main beam is the key to safety prevention and control of bridge frame beam construction.The special structure forms of the ear beam structure and the reciprocating ation of the wheel load all adversely affect the force of the double-ear main beam,so in the application of the main beam,cracking,deformation,local crushing and other adverse phenomena often occur.At present,the design theory is not perfect enough,in order to improve the safety performance and facilitate the design work of same type main beam structure of bridge erecting machines,this paper combines the SGTJ180 type railway T beam erection machine developed by the Institute of National Defense Communications of Shijiazhuang Railway University and the existing line whole hole T beam replacement beam erection machine project,aiming at the double ear type main beam,the following work is carried out:(1)A three-dimensional finite element model of binaural girder is established for the analysis of mechanical properties of binaural girder structures under different working conditions.(2)Under different working conditions,the mechanical analysis of binaural girder under concentrated load is carried out,and the structural response of binaural main beam under unbalance loading is studied and analyzed.The influence of the change of wheel distance and wheelbase on the structural mechanical properties of lifting trolley is analyzed.(3)Change the layout mode or size of transverse partition,transverse connecting rod and ear beam,and study the influence of layout mode or size change on binaural main beam.The function and utility of each component in the structure are clarified,and the relationship between the stress and the changing factor is clarified.(4)This paper attempts to put forward a simplified calculation method(empirical formula)for the transverse stress of the main beam ear beam structure to meet the needs of the project and facilitate the preliminary design.Through the above research,the function and stress level of each component of the binaural main beam are clarified,and the relationship between stress and influencing factors is obtained,on the basis of the detailed analysis of the main beam,a stress calculation method of the transverse of the ear beam is proposed.The results will be helpful to provide valuable reference and reference for the design of the main beam of the same type of bridge erector in the future.
