With the continuous growth of air traffic flow in China, airspace resources continue reducing. The pressure of China’s civil airport is getting bigger and bigger. To ensure the rapidly, orderly and safety operation of the airport of civil aviation transportation is the driving force of all civil aviation employees and the pursuit of the goal. As people travel more and more emphasis on the civil aviation transport. China’s air traffic is growing rapidly. The demand for expanding airport capacity is growing rapidly. As the basic of the civil aviation transportation system, the optimization of the operational strategy of the civil aviation airport becomes more and more important. And gradually becomes an important task to ease the tension of the air traffic congestion phenomenon. Become an important issue in the development of civil aviation transportationThis paper aimed at the optimization problem of parallel double track operation mode, Established a multi-track operation mode optimization model. The model takes the maximum runway capacity and the minimum flight delay as the optimization objective, and takes the flight interval and the aircraft quantity balance as the constraint conditions. Based on the grey particle swarm optimization algorithm, the problem of the optimization of the parallel double track operation mode is designed, and the solution of the problem is solved. Finally using the GUI function of MATLAB, Designed the interface to calculate the optimization problem of the parallel double track operation mode. The output not only includes the maximum capacity of double track operation, but also gives the optimal plan of landing. Finally take the Shuangliu Airport as an example, validate the optimization model of grey particle swarm algorithm in this paper. Experiment shows that the method is fast and feasible, and it is effective to optimize the operation of the parallel double track airport.
