| With the rapid development of modernization in our country, urban space is becoming more and more scarce, in order to guarantee better utilization of urban space, urban construction development in the direction of the underground deep, excavation of deep foundation pit, the use of underground space, become the inevitable trend of urban construction development.Deep foundation pit is a complex system engineering involving many disciplines, many ways, a bit careless may cause huge economic loss and social influence.How to reduce the frequency of the deep foundation pit engineering accidents and loss of a subject to study. Based on this kind of situation, this paper first analyzes the reason of the deep foundation pit engineering accident, through a lot of data collection and study of the risk of foundation pit.The difficulty and key risk management lies in the risk analysis and evaluation, in this paper, first of all, this paper expounds the characteristics of deep foundation pit engineering;Risk factors of foundation pit engineering is analyzed;This paper introduces the basic theory of risk management at the same time.Paper in view of the present project risk analysis commonly used basic methods and summarized, the foundation pit engineering to delve into process of risk management, and then discusses the basic principle and using method of AHP method.Finally by using AHP method, the theory and method of preparation of foundation pit engineering evaluation system, based on the probability of events and the importance degree of each basic event for analysis the result of making the engineering accident prevention measures, from two aspects of macroscopic and microscopic analysis of deep foundation pit project, the selection of appropriate membership functions, combined with practical engineering, the expert investigation method and AHP method is adopted to existing in the project risk assessment and risk control measures are recommended.Through the study in this paper, the deep foundation pit engineering risk management, to strengthen the foundation pit engineering risk factors control, reduce the probability of risk. |
