This paper respond that the reports of 18th CPC National Congress point out about Vigorously Promote Ecological Civilization Construction. We introduce Systematic that the Spatial pattern distribution of urban ecological land in Yanji, Longjing, Tumen. Then, this paper analyzed the driving force of it, explore the different importance area in Yan-Long-Tu and make plan the corresponding protection. Finally, this paper simulate and optimist for the different importance of ecological land and construct a reasonable pattern of ecological land use. This paper has important theoretical and practical significance for implementing the strategy of sustainable development.First of all, this paper eighteen indexes from five aspects that are Quantity, shape, connectivity, accessibility, mosaic degree and s patial distribution to build evaluation indicator architecture for th e area of Yan-Long-Tu. This paper evaluates retrospective about the a rea of Yanji in 1990,2005,2014 and evaluates present about the area of Longjing and Tumen in 2014.Second, Six indexes were selected from four aspects:the function of ecological service, the security of water resources, the pattern of landscape spatial pattern and the ecological sensitivity that they used to establish the evaluation index system of Yan Long land area map of city ecological importance. Clear the ecological importance ty pe and establish corresponding protection plans. Finally, this paper combine with the model of logistic regression and GIS to simulate the spatial pattern state for urban ecological land use from 2025 to 2035 and combine with the ecological importanc e to optimist for the spatial layout in the area of Yan-Long-Tu.
