Study On The Optimization Of Land Spatial Pattern Of Chongqing's Main Area Based On "Production-living-ecology Space"

With the continuous advancement of economic development,China's industrialization and urbanization have come to a period of rapid growth,which promotes the perfect development of the material civilization,humanistic spirit and institutional civilization of society.At the same time,there is also a certain degree of socialization problem: human social activity space Constantly occupying natural ecological space,leading to increasingly serious environmental pollution and ecological destruction;excessive expansion of urban space and urban land less intensive utilization,resulting in insufficient adjustment of industrial structure strain,relatively low proportion of tertiary industry;large gap between urban and rural infrastructure construction,urban and rural society's unbalanced welfare coverage has led to increasingly prominent social conflicts.In May 2019,the State Council of the CPC Central Committee officially issued several opinions on the establishment and supervision of the implementation of the land and space planning system,proposing "to establish a national unified,clear responsibility and power,scientific and efficient land and space planning system.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the development trend,define the spatial development goal,determine the spatial development strategy,change the way of land and space development and protection,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of land and space development and protection,and highlight the strategy of land and space planning.In order to implement the nation's national spatial planning,it is necessary to fully reflect the advantages and shortcomings of resources and the environment,and coordinate the "Production-living-ecological Space".As a central city f of the western part of the country,Chongqing is currently accelerating the modernization of the city in an all-round way.It is necessary to constantly improve its own " Production-living-ecology Space " construction level,improve the city's "Production-living-ecology Space " overall planning layout,promote the development of the city's function of " Production-living-ecology Space",and optimize The land structure of "Production-living-ecological Space" comprehensively strengthens the influence of the national central city and promotes the harmonization of social and economic development and sustainable urban development.In this paper,the central districts of Chongqing is selected as the research area.First,the overall layout of the city's "Production-living-ecological Space" and the status of the land structure are studied and analyzed by data integration and quantitative analysis,and the "Production-living-ecological Space" of the land is functionally divided.Secondly,combined with the theory of territorial functionality,construct the " Production-living-ecological Space " function evaluation system,and further divide the "Production-living-ecological Space" function;finally,combined with the " Production-living-ecological Space " overall layout and functional division,put forward the territorial space pattern based on the " Production-living-ecological Space " Optimize strategies to achieve sustainable and versatile use of land.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)The overall layout of "Production-living-ecological Space".Based on the results of Chongqing 's land resources and socio-economic census,combined with the characteristics of Chongqing 's land use,the status quo of the structure of production space,living space and ecological space in Chongqing 's central districts was analyzed and researched,clarifying the overall distribution pattern the “Production-living-ecological Space” of the central districts ".It suggests that the use of land resources in the main city area is strained and clearly differentiated,explaining that the use of land space in the main city area mainly involves the contradiction between ecological space and construction land,the contradiction between construction land and agricultural land,and the contradiction between industrial production space and ecological space.(2)Evaluation of "three functions" of national space.This article integrates the census(survey)data and social economic statistics of other professional departments,based on production,life,and ecological functions,to build a land and space "three functions" evaluation index system,the evaluation system contains 25 evaluation indicators.9 administrative districts in the central districts of Chongqing were selected as standard regional evaluation units,and the "three functions" of each unit were described in the form of percentages.(3)Analysis of the potential of national space development.Selecting 11 indicators that comprehensively reflect the social economic development level and ecological environment change characteristics of each district of the main area of Chongqing to construct an evaluation index system,and to carry out the calculation of the land and space development potential of the main area of Chongqing.According to the size of the development potential index,the land spatial development pattern of the main urban area of Chongqing is divided into three zones,namely: restricted development zone(Yuzhong District,Jiangbei District,Shapingba District),key development zone(Yubei District,Jiulongpo District;,Nanan District),undertaking development zone(Beibei District,Dadukou District,Banan District).(4)The optimization of the " Production-living-ecological Space " pattern of national space.Based on the research content and research results,this paper proposes an optimization strategy for the spatial pattern distribution of "Production-living-ecological Space" in the central districts of Chongqing,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the function of "Production-living-ecological Space".
