Facing with the deteriorating environment and gradually scarce resources, the national 13th Five-Year plan especially emphasizes the overall improvement of ecological environment quality, and proposes to think highly of the new energy. As the most prominent new energy, the development and utilization of solar energy is gradually given much attention, so that more and more large scale and intelligent charging station for electrical vehicles are established around several cities. Wherein, it has become the key technologies for the automatic charging monitoring system in high performance and high degree.Therefore, based on special digital monitoring equipment of the charging electric cars, monitoring system was designed for the working parameters of electric vehicle solar charging station.The content of this thesis mainly includes following aspects:1) According to the research purpose, the functional design of the system was detailed, and the overall scheme was completed for the monitoring system about software and hardware, and then the design process of the system was described.2) Based on the overall scheme of the monitoring system, such as STM32F103ZET6 processor as the core of the signal processing circuit, serial communication circuit, a memory circuit, LCD circuit and other hardware circuit. In addition, the relevant software design of this system was completed by adopting the KeiluVision4 software development environment.3) Software implementation process of each module of the system was designed. And the algorithm of remaining capacity of battery and electric vehicle charging algorithm were designed. Based on the study of charging station industry standard communication protocol, the communication protocol between monitoring system and charge-discharge controller was developed.Based on these studies, monitoring system’s prototype had been accomplished, and simulation environment had been formed. In the system debugging process, the accuracy of monitoring system’s design has been verified, and the operation state of charging station has been determined by monitoring system. The experimental results show that the design of monitoring system is feasible, and it has some value for engineering applications.
