Design And Realization Of Remote Monitoring System For Solar Charging Station

Solar charging station,which is the energy reserve station to electric vehicle(EV),is the essential infrastructure to achieve the industrialization of the electric vehicle.It can effectively solve the problem that electric vehicle mileage is insufficient.In the situation of energy crisis and environmental pollution,in order to achieve energy conservation,we need to vigorously promote the construction of solar charging stations.However,solar charging station management model in today is mostly guarded with high operating costs and low service efficiency.How to achieve a unified remote monitoring and unattended of solar charging stations,is one of the key issues to further promote the solar charging station.In this paper,after studied the technology of solar charging station remote monitoring,we completed job as follows:1.Summarized the development status of the remote monitoring system of solar charging stations at home and abroad,and determined the overall design scheme;selected the hardware equipment,server and wireless communication technology;introduced the ZigBee wireless technology and its system architecture.2.Completed the design of solar charging station remote monitoring system.The system introduces the design of the system from three aspects:the station monitoring subsystem,the server and the client.The station monitoring subsystem complete the charging data acquisition and equipment control instructions issued by Tiny4412 development board;with advantages of ZigBee wireless communication flexible networking,finished real-time data acquisition from multiple charging pile,and realize the data network forwarding through the SIM5320E module of 3G.Web client and Android mobile client can get real-time monitoring data from the server.3.Verified the feasibility of remote monitoring system of solar charging station.implemented the independent testing for each modules,then achieved a comprehensive test,verify designed function.The test shows that the remote monitoring system of solar charging station designed can realize the remote centralized monitoring of solar charging station and meet the expected requirements.
