Among them, the welding between the sub assembly of the liquid has higher requirement.In order to solve the distribution between component liquid brazing, the auther is based ondigital high frequency induction heating power researched by Shenzhen POALRIS ETeK Co.,LTd. in the paper, designs of double station rotary tool and make the tool integrate with heating system which is controlled by PLC, so as to realize the double station liquid distributor welding.In the paper, the auther analyzed the development status of liquid distributor brazing at first, and analyzed the double station liquid brazing equipment structure and function in combination with the welding workers in the field to work out suitable rotary tooling and rack; based on welding rotating function of liquid distributor, drive structure form and parameters are determined. secondly according to the components that are to be integrated of double station liquid brazing equipment, the layout of the space structure is determined, and the size of the whole is determined. According to the welding is completed automatically by double position, the auther realize the whole equipment is controlled intelligent by electronic control system and choose the PLC as the controller; the auther completed the hardware circuit design, and the LCD screen isused for man-machine interfacewith display function and is able to’store the operating parameters of system. To ensure the normal operation of doublestation brazing equipment and electrical part has perfect protection function, tooling water cooling function, welding on the workpiece through nitrogen to prevent oxidation function, after the welding of the workpiece cooling.Finally, the whole machine designed is analyzed, and the auther modified the unreasonable structure and apply ANSYS to force relatively large parts of the static simulation in order to avoiding equipment in use, the important parts appearing problems.
