| With the rapid development of internet technology, the emergence of new technology special clouding computing and big data processing were followed. Chinese pharmaceutical industry will have great space and opportunities, especially pharmaceutical logistics which were an important part of medicine circulation industry. Cloud computing platform will lead the trend of future technology and provide services for information technology application in various fields. As a multi-functional and service platform in pharmaceutical logistics, the cloud computing platform will provide an efficient and reasonable distribution network, medical logistics benefit mechanism and the optimization of distribution path and so on.The work of this paper is a part of the project named the Study of Hospital Drug Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things, which was entrusted by the Guangxi pharmaceutical company. Firstly, the research status of vehicle routing problem overseas and domestic were introduced and the vehicle routing problem of Chinese pharmaceutical industry was explained. Secondly, based on the related technology and theory such as cloud computing and parallel genetic algorithm, an improved parallel genetic algorithm were used to solve the vehicle routing optimization problem of medical logistics in the cloud computing environment. Thirdly, in the cloud computing environment, a pharmaceutical logistics distribution system were built and the benefit distribution mechanism were analyzed using the methods of the Shapley Value, the Minimum Core Distribution and Nash Negotiation Model. Finally, the designing principle, technology solution the implementation model of the improved genetic algorithm were focused on the platform of Hadoop.The proposed improved genetic algorithm was applied in cloud computing platform and the feasibility and effectiveness of the application were verified by the constructing the small cloud computing platform of Hadoop and designing genetic algorithm detailedly. And on this basis, the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem of the MDVRP of medicine logistics, which further validated the correctness of the proposed new method in the cloud computing environment. |
