Urban dynamic network traffic flow theory is the core of ITS theory, using the model is to describe that the traffic problem has become a priority of the development of traffic flow theory exactly and practically. So far, people use traditional network graph models, not considering the factors of the limit of traffic capacity into the intersection 、steering behavior of micro vehicle in the intersection and attributing to signal control and traffic network size.The above factors exist in the actual traffic conditions. In order to make the model more close to actual traffic conditions, I analyzed and summarized researches of experts. For considering multiple starting points and end points 、 road traffic capacity constraints and each to stretch into the intersection capacity limitations in the traffic flow distribution model in research, and main completed the following work:First of all, this paper introduces the urban dynamic traffic flow distribution model and spectively introduces the variational inequality problem 、genetic algorithm and road traffic flow cellular automata model, for meeting the needs of the subsequent model.Moreover, I proposed the dynamic distribution flow model of transportation network from the macro aspects, for road traffic capacity constraint s and each to stretch into the intersection capacity limitations. Based on network overtrick model, extending the node, I analyze limit conditions of road traffic capacity constraints and each to stretch into the intersection capacity limitations. I propose and analyze the variational inequality model of dynamic user optimal flow, based on instantaneous road section and impedance of intersection. According to the characteristics of the model, I designed the modified projection algorithm for the method. Nume rical experiment model verifies that both model and algorithm are effective and practical.The last, to study dynamic flow allocation problem, attributing to signal control 、traffic network size and the steering behavior of micro vehicles in the intersectio ns. So, I establish the dynamic distribution flow model of transportation network from the microscopic aspects, considering the above factors. To reflect traffic capacity limit constraint conditions, which is attributing to signal control 、traffic network size and the steering behavior of micro vehicles in the intersections, I proposed the models of dynamic distribution flow of a cross intersection, the overtaking traffic network of two-direction road intercepted crossroad four-lane, based on cellular automaton. According to the characteristics of model, I design the method of undominated rapid genetic algorithm II with the elitist strategy, in order to find out distribution ways,when impedance dynamic user optimal traffic and road intersection delay dynamic system are balanceable. Numerical experiment model verifies that both model and algorithm are effective and practical.The above two models provide reliable theoretical basis to ease traffic congestion, and provide reliable dynamic road traffic informati on for the driver.
