Under the condition of constant, the model of wind turbine model and numerical simulation research of wind turbine’s aerodynamic performance which are based on the blade element momentum theory take the tip loss and hub loss into consideration. And in order to ensure wind turbine don’t work on stall condition, the bigger axial induction factor need to be corrected. The structure parameter and the airfoil data of Tjaereborg wind turbine will be used to establish the wind turbine model.Through simulating to obtain wind power curve and power coefficients, and then compare with the experimental data, Bladed data, CFD simulate data to demonstrate the veracity the feasibility of modeling and simulation method. The modeling and simulation under unsteady blade element momentum theory modeling and simulation will take structure parameter, cascade effect, tower shadow effect, wind shear into consideration. Analysis the influence of those factors on shaft power output of the wind turbine. The shaft power output of the wind turbine and power coefficients will be lower when taking those factors into consideration. And shaft power output of the wind turbine will be periodical change. This conform to the actual running conditions of the wind turbine. The calculation results conform to results of the wind turbine commissioning test.On the unsteady condition, there are two simulation results whether considering 3D rotation correction. And obtained the shaft power output of the wind turbine, power coefficients, the tangential load and attack angle of the each blade section of the two kinds simulation. When take considering 3D rotating effect into consideration, the shaft power output of the wind turbine will be lower at low wind speed interval and higher at high wind speed interval, the load distribution of each blade section will be optimized, the lift coefficient will be increase because the calculation attack angle of the wind turbine blade root segment decreasing, and then the output of the wind turbine will be increase.
