Supply energy directly determines the changes in production methods and in constantpursuit of economic growth in the process, energy consumption has been increasing in theconstant practice strokes turbine control system matures and clean power generation process,so the wind generation technology get more and more people’s attention. However, in realitythe low energy density of wind energy, power generation, environmental variability and bearthe whole load is not balanced that making the stand-alone operation of the control systembecomes complicated, nonlinear. So constantly gathering operation parameters andsummarizing control experience in practice, innovating control technology to make themachine more stable operation of wind power technology is the key to get the breakthroughs.This paper is base on the blade element theory of wind power technology. It respectivelyderived machine power output and the load calculations relationship. For existing controls inorder to suggest improvements on the basis of the current pitch control algorithms to achievein ensuring the machine under the premise of power output and load reduce in the operation ofthe machine components caused. In this paper, the company selected models for the RepowerMM82hydraulic type variable pitch wind turbine, the implementation of fuzzy independentpitch control. Full text content is roughly divided into two parts, the first part analysis the pitchfrom the system machine, respectively deduced hydraulic pitch system transfer function whenopen off the paddle and oar, implement closed-loop PID control simulation in MATLABsoftware, use the expert PID control theory to optimize the parameters. The second part isreduce the wind wheel and hub in the machine operation bear the load, it analysis machineoperation load sources, establish computing relationship and overload operation harm,combine modern intelligent control with the traditional PID control system to advance newcontrol method, establish Bladed software controller code DLL as external controller inputpitch, then make a compare for bear load in unified and independent pitch control machine. Inthis paper, the simulation uses individual pitch control, modeled on the whole, a fuzzy PIDcontroller, the control algorithm for the simulation.Finally, under the different operate ways to comparative load bearing in wheel and hub,verify the advantages of the improved control algorithm, not only ensure the machine running generating capacity but also reduce the overall load, come endurance and torque control effectis particularly evident to wind flow, the system will run more smoothly, achieve therequirements to improve control systems.
