Research On Equipment Supervision Of 330MW CFB’ Comstruction Project

At present, with the increasing investment in the construction of power plants in the state, and boilers installed as one of special trades, is a very complicated systematic project. Many factors will have a great impact on the quality of installation works, and these effects will go through the entire construction process in the boiler installation, these factors will directly affect the safe operation of the boiler when it put into operation, so equipment supervision is a effective way to ensure boiler’s safely and smoothly running.This article will apply modernize equipment supervision of the project management model to the construction of 330 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler’s practice, and combine theory with practice. And through a combination of theory and practice of project equipment supervision during the construction which was consolidated, while summarizes the experience of supervising device. Its research practices benefit not only the quality assurance of the project, at the same time also provides a reference of meaning equipment supervision work of other projects.Research on the subject of this article, the main focus will be on the following aspects:Firstly, the theory of Equipment Supervision circulating fluidized bed boiler plant construction projects were studied, what’s more the main direction of the research supervision of boiler equipment were determined, also the common problems of boiler construction and the main pre-equipment supervision and control links general control measures were summed up, thereby laying the theoretical foundation for the supervision of boiler equipment construction projects.Secondly, this task is carried out based on the relevant construction contents of a 330 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler power plant construction project, building objectives and quality standards, according to the above analysis and research, personalized factors of the projects are defined, thus providing a background basis for this article’s research of theory and practical application of equipment supervision work.Finally,studying the whole process of construction projects and construction work of equipment supervision of 330MW circulating fluidized bed boiler,the project can be divided into three stages:"engineering design and equipment procurement", "equipment manufacturing and equipment installation","equipment debugging and contract",studying the equipment supervision from three aspects of the reality of work.We research the key problem and the importance of equipment supervision for 330 MW circulation fluidized bed boiler water wall wearing the reconstruction projection,and come up with the wear-resisting solution and key points of construction Supervision.
