Development And Application Of Security Check Of The Dispatching And Monitoring Integrated System In Taizhou

Once the control parameter of the automation system is inconsistency, it will lead directly to the grid misuse accident.This paper mainly focuses on the safe checking system development and implementation process, through the investigation of Taizhou prefectural, county and control integration automation system found some security problems encountered by the county and the system operation and maintenance personnel in their daily work, and some safety hidden danger after the integration of prefectural and county, completed a safe check system based on Taizhou counties regulation of integrated automation system, the initial realization of automated system management personnel of county and automated operation and maintenance personnel accurate, efficient, standardized security protection and management, reduce the burden of management personnel.The security checking system relying on science and technology projects to achieve a data-centric, client-platform, and will increase monitoring efficiency, reduce the pressure of SCADA’s maintenance of this concept into the system to ensure that the regulation and automation of maintenance personnel security and orderly operation, to achieve the whole process protection of the OPEN3000.
