Therefore, the development of a new railway catenaries maintenance work car ladder is very important for improving the efficiency of maintenance operations and the labor utilization.First, the requirements of the car ladder are analyzed, then the mechanical mechanism and control system of the car ladder are designed, in the end, the car ladder can travel automatically, while, when workers are doing the maintenance operations, the car ladder is fixed, so the workers are protected. By the wireless remote control system, the car ladder is controlled by workers. According to the requirements of walking and grabbing, the PLC program is designed, then the car ladder can start and stop smoothly, the grapples can grab the rail, the workers are protected.
