| Today,with the rapid development of urbanization,high-rise buildings have become a key link in creating high-density cities.High-rise residential buildings have the advantages of saving land and increasing housing and residential population.Elevator,as a vertical means of transportation,has gradually become a part of public life.The frequent safety accidents for a long time make us pay more and more attention to this special equipment.By the end of 2017,according to incomplete statistics,there are about 6000 W elevators in China,and the annual growth rate is 18% to 20%.Another unoptimistic phenomenon also attracts more people's attention,that is,the existing technical means and management methods can not meet some needs,such as regular maintenance,handling elevator faults,elevator sometimes missed detection,parts of the failure,maintenance negligence and other phenomena,coupled with the elevator management and maintenance level is insufficient.Imperfect supervision system,etc.At present,there are nearly 9,000 elevators in Zhuji City.In recent years,the number of elevators in Zhuji City has been increasing at an accelerating rate of about 15% per year.As a special product,elevator has become an important tool to improve people's lives and develop local economy in our city.In public places where all kinds of crowds gather,passengers,as elevator daily operators,have not been trained in specialized skills and elevator safety knowledge.If the elevator is in trouble and other safety accidents,it will cause casualties or panic,which will cause adverse effects.It can be said that the safety accident of elevator is more serious,and more and more competent departments pay attention to it.Our radio and television station is entrusted by Zhuji Municipal Government and Zhuji Quality Supervision Bureau.Based on the actual situation of Zhuji elevator,a set of intelligent elevator system,the intelligent safety system of ladder,is designed and developed.The operation and maintenance of intelligent elevator system are described in detail.It can track elevator maintenance,troubleshooting and daily operation,monitor elevator operation status.The whole work flow involves elevator maintenance company and use management unit.The maintenance process is bound with supervisory maintenance unit and elevator manufacturer to monitor elevator faults,which is helpful for timely detection of elevator hidden dangers.The trapped people in the fault elevator should be reassured before the rescue arrives,so as to reduce the panic of rescue workers,notify rescue units in time,improve the efficiency and quality of rescue services,reduce the losses of all parties,and help to achieve good social benefits.At the same time,the system will record all elevator fault information,maintenance unit and system logger information,to facilitate troubleshooting and problem solving in the future. |
