One axis refers to the axis for the development of the village, one belt refers to the development area along the riverside, three areas refer to the tourist areas in the village, and the four centers refer to the development centers in the village which are Duoluoping village, Xiaojingpo village, Da’ao village, and Changjie village.The duration of the planning is from 2015 to 2030. The whole Shuangyao can be divided into 8 areas with different landscape functions.The landscape along the Maluan River covers an area of 117.0 hectare, the area for health preservation (Duoluoping) is 22.3 hectare, the fishing culture experience center (Changjie Village) covers an area of 84.7 hectare, the food center (Xiaojingpo) covers an area of 28.8 hectare, the central management area is 10.1 hectare, the farm tourist zone (Da’ao village)covers an area of 54 hectare, the ecological experience zone covers an area of 99.0 hectare, and the forest and flower valley covers an area of 97.8 hectare. At the same time, it proposes the planning for the special sight spots and plants landscape in different landscape divisions. Finally, it proposes the planning for the road traffic, vertical line, touring route, infrastructural facilities, public service facilities, tourist service facilities, green space system, environment protection, utility facilities, security and disaster prevention, stage planning, and investment evaluation, and comes up with relevant supporting measures to guarantee the spatial layout of the construction of new countryside in Shuangyao has its own distinctive features, so as to build characteristic rural sight spots and realize the sustainable development of farmers’income and urban economy.In conclusion, Shuangyao village in Heng County Guangxi Province gives an integrated planning to the spatial layout, land use, landscape, molding of landscape, and infrastructural facilities based on the new overall countryside planning.
