In recent years,with the development of the city and the automobile industry,urban viaducts have been widely used to alleviate traffic pressure,but once caused serious urban noise pollution,which caused a great impact on the lives of residents around them.How to optimize the design of bridge deck pavement materials to reduce the noise of vehicles while ensuring the slip resistance of the road surface is particularly important.At present,the research on bridge deck pavement materials with noise reduction and anti-slip is still lacking,and the accumulated experience in this area is still limited.This research analyzes the performance of the two mixtures of SMA and OGFC through research,and the economic factors are considered,and finally the conclusion of this article is reached.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)It is recommended to use a new TLA(Trinidad lake Asphalt,referred to as TLA)composite modified bitumen using technical standards,which are divided into two cases according to the different deck pavement materials: when the upper layer uses SMA-16,the asphalt material was mixed with ordinary petroleum asphalt and 20% TLA;when the upper layer was OGFC-13,the asphalt material was mixed with SBS modified bitumen and 18%TLA.(2)As the prices of SMA-16 and OGFC-13 are not much different,considering the durability of the use and the convenience of maintenance,it is determined that the upper layer material of the bridge deck pavement is suitable for SMA-16 mixture.(3)Complete preparation scheme,quality evaluation system and reasonable particle grading range are proposed for SMA-16 and OGFC-13 respectively.According to the test results,it is found that adding TLA to the asphalt can significantly improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the asphalt mixture,while adding rubber powder to the mixture can significantly improve the anti-skid and damping ability of the asphalt pavement surface,thereby further reducing the car Vibration and noise of driving and safety accidents.Based on the above test results and analysis,the existing asphalt pavement construction technical specifications and engineering practice are considered,and the construction technical scheme and related quality control standards of the asphalt mixture for bridge deck are summarized. |
