β Type Phosphorus Gypsum Building Add Water Reducing Agent To Improve The Physical And Mechanical Properties Research And Value Analysis

In this paper,In today’s Chinese society, we still can’t completely rely on import and export trade to meet the needs of our people for food, so the development of agricultural production is very important to our country.Then there is the generation of phosphogypsum of agricultural production, waste is bad for the environment.As a result, the phosphorus gypsum resource reuse becomes very urgent and needs.This experiment studied how to transform phosphogypsum into not only can use to decide the type of phosphorus gypsum construction, but also study the water reducing agent to decide the effect of phosphorus gypsum building, the purpose of further deepening the phosphogypsum, for further research to decide type phosphorus gypsum building in the use of building materials to provide a help.In this paper, the concrete research content is as follows:1. This study was to decide type phosphorus gypsum building conforms to the national building materials industry standard in GB/T9776-2008 of the building gypsum in three levels of building gypsum, and by using the Matlab (version 7.0) intuitive analysis was carried out on the experimental parameters, experimental parameters optimization.2. This experiment to study water reducer type to decide the index influence of phosphorus gypsum building.And the use of Origin (version 8.0) fitting analysis was carried out on the experimental parameters, determine under the different indicators, the influence of various parameters, and the experimental scheme is optimized.To absolute dry flexural strength, never dry, compressive strength, initial set time, final set time of four indicators as investigation object, and respectively analyzes the four indexes, analyze each water reducing agent dosage on the effects of every index curve.3. This study of experiments, the preparation of yunnan phosphorus gypsum building and water reducing agent solution to decide type the function analysis, cost analysis, value analysis.Through the analysis of water reducing agent solution, make the use of water reducing agent includes the choice of economy, such not only can be more efficient use of water reducing agent, type and then to decide on the use of phosphorus gypsum building provides a better way.
