Concrete admixtures for the construction of a huge contribution. In developed countries, 70%-80% of all use of high performance concrete admixtures, and some have even reached 100%. In recent years, domestic water reducer for research has made great progress, national industry experts continue to develop a variety of water-reducing agent, and complex application, the effect is significant.Owing to its low dosage, low slump loss, high water reducing and is not affected by the adding time and other advantages, polycarboxylate superplasticizer has become the best comprehensive performance, the best prospect of a reducing agent. However, there is an impediment to its rapid development is the high cost of production, the price has been higher than the traditional naphthalene-based water reducer. If the construction project is no mandatory provisions of the country, the construction side will still be the choice of a low-cost, low-performance water-reducing agent, this is bound to affect concrete performance and engineering quality. In addition, the sensitivity of the Polycarboxylate cement, sand, stone higher, poor workability.Through research, stearic acid salt instead of part of the main raw material polylactic acid, in order to solve the above problems.First, the principle of the use of similar compatibility, according to HLB value of a surfactant selected, mixed with stearates in different proportions, with which to improve the compatibility of the polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, by experiment, binding solids content and production costs polycarboxylate to find the optimal ratio.Then, add the other ingredients, namely the preparation of a complex of 20 groups in different proportions of the new plasticizer. Determination in accordance with national standards of the water reducer main chemical component indexes, but the reasons for each chemical substances were analyzed and discussed the mechanism of their formation.In accordance with the relevant standards, with reference to experiments than required, the reducing agent incorporated into the concrete mixture, the main physical and mechanical properties of concrete were measured, and considering all the factors, derived optimal formula.Research shows that the success of the new complex Polycarboxylate can not only reduce the amount of cement, saving energy, economic benefit. But also to optimize the performance of concrete to improve construction conditions, social highlight.
