With the intensification of energy crisis and deterioration of environmental problems in the world, how to reduce the building energy consumption that accounts for about 30% of the world’s energy consumption has become the focus of all countries in the world. In recent years, some new concepts begin to appear in European Union countries, such as "Passive house", "Zero energy buildings", "low-energy building" etc. Along with the earring out of passive housing demonstration project between China and German, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China and relevant units formulated the "passive ultra-low power Green Building Technical Guidelines (Trial)" (residential buildings) combining the actual conditions of China’s climate characteristics and the national conditions. The Guidelines has been released in October 2015. Combined solar system and passive ultra-low-energy consumption building which is based on passive building envelope thermal parameters recommended by passive building guidelines, this study established a passive ultra low energy consumption green building model with fresh air system in Xining area (referred to as the passive building model). While with solar heating system a model which is based on the 65% energy saving consumption index requirements limited by existing residential building energy saving standard’The severe cold and cold area residential building energy saving standards’is established. Finally, the economic and environment benefits of passive building model are analyzed based on the 65% energy saving building. This study focuses on the following aspects:(1) The heating energy consumption theoretical calculation method of ultra-low-energy building with solar fresh air system is studied. And the theoretical calculation results of passive building model are compared with the calculation results achieved by passive house design software PHPP.(2) Based on the heating energy consumption theoretical calculation method of. ultra-low-energy building with solar fresh air system, relying on VB6.0 visualization platform, the design software of passive ultra low energy consumption building with solar fresh air system is developed. The software can realize the heating energy consumption calculation of passive building with solar fresh air system, and do matching design of the solar energy system.(3) The energy saving 65% building model is established, and the heating energy consumption is simulated by using DeST software, and then the solar system is matched according to the value of heating energy consumption.(4) Based on the energy saving 65% building model, the economy and environment analysis of the passive building model is done, and the feasibility of passive building model is obtained.
