With the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the introduction of the“13th Five-Year Plan” comprehensive emission reduction plan, the construction industry, which is one of the three key energy-consuming departments, has the responsibility and obligation to make a contribution to the realization of China's emission reduction targets.force.Compared with developed countries in Europe and America,China's building energy efficiency started late, but its development is relatively rapid. With the implementation of the 75% standard for residential energy conservation, the gap between China's and foreign residential energy conservation levels is gradually decreasing. For China's building energy-saving work from "follow-up","and run",and to achieve the ultimate "leading",there is still a long way to go,so it is still necessary to continue to study building energy.Passive ultra-low-energy buildings have been gradually valued by the industry due to advanced design concepts, superb technology and efficient energy-saving effects, and have been promoted by the state. This paper takes the housing in a passive ultra-low energy building project as an example to carry out technical and comprehensive benefit analysis, aiming at the development of passive ultra-low energy residential buildings. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Summarizing the concept of passive ultra-low-energy buildings, analyzing the differences between indoor and energy control indicators such as national and local standards, and using externality theory to analyze the exterior of passive ultra-low-energy buildings.(2)Introduce and analyze key technologies such as heat preservation, heat prevention and noise reduction in a residential part of a project, including insulation of enclosures, passive exterior windows, air tightness measures,no thermal bridge measures, and sunshade Design and indoor energy environment system;(3)Simulation of heating and cooling energy consumption for passive ultra-low-energy houses and 75% energy-saving houses;(4)Passive ultra-low energy consumption based on the calculation ofincremental benefit index calculation model Estimate the incremental cost and benefit of the house;(5)Combine the technical analysis and comprehensive benefit analysis to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system to comprehensively evaluate the passive ultra-low energy residential buildings. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Compared with 75%energy-saving houses, the annual demand for heating and cooling in passive ultra-low energy residential is extremely low, proving the technical feasibility;(2)75% energy saving compared to residential buildings The incremental construction cost of passive ultra-low-energy houses is relatively high.If the cost of pre-heating facilities and the post-air-conditioning purchase cost are comprehensively considered, the incremental cost can be reduced;(3)Passive ultra-low-energy houses have considerable economic benefits.(4)The economics after considering the incremental comprehensive benefits are obvious, indicating that the economy is feasible, and verifying that the passive ultra-low-energy houses have positive externalities;(5)According to the comprehensive evaluation results,a passive ultra-low-energy residential has certain advantages, but still has some room for improvement.
