Theme hotel interior design is the window to show theme image of the hotel. Tt is an important source of customer perceived value to the hotel. Because of the competition between theme hotel is increasingly fierce, and the customer requirements are continuous improved, theme hotel should be optimized from the perspective of interior design. Theme hotel should take the theme of the theme culture as the core to build good cultural atmosphere, and thus improve the customer perceived value of the theme hotel.Suzhou is the birthplace of Wu culture, with a strong cultural heritage. This paper takes the regional cultural theme hotel of Suzhou as the research sample, the regional cultural theme hotel’s interior design expression as the research object, from the perspective of customer perceived value, to find its relationship with the customer’s theme atmosphere, customer perceived value and customer behavior tendency.Firstly, this paper explained the research background, purpose and research methods. Through the review of development of the theme hotel and the relevant theoretical research of customer perceived value, the idea of the article was combing and laid a theoretical foundation. Secondly, the author chooses the 9 regional cultural theme hotels in Suzhou city to observe the hotel field and interview with the guests. Then, according to the results of the literature research and field observation, the paper constructed the research model and put forward the research hypothesis. The research model is based on cultural expression factors of the the theme as independent variables, the customer theme atmosphere experience as the intermediate variable, customer perceived value and customer behavior tendency as variable.With the provided by 280 questionnaires from 4 regional culture theme hotels in Suzhou city and the field research processed by the statistical software SPSS, the paper concludes that regional culture theme hotel interior design expression elements include space modeling, color collocation, material collocation, lighting lamps and lanterns, cloth art and furniture, doors and windows and metope modelling. The theme culture expression of regional culture theme hotel has a positive correlation with the customer theme atmosphere, customer perceived value and customer behavior tendency. The customers of different characteristics are different in the customer’s theme atmosphere, customer perceived value and customer behavior tendency. Finally, the author summarizes the research conclusion, and put forward practical countermeasures for the interior design of regional cultural theme hotel.
