Based on the analysis bridge bearing of domestic and foreign, aiming at the hot spots of bridge bearing research and development, comparing and summarizing the existing bearing performance characteristics, according to the principle of existing separate damping bearing design, this paper puts forward a hybrid system of heat resistant teflon skateboarding rubber bearing and steel dampers (damping slide bearing steel). To book figure in Chaozhou to Huizhou in Guangdong province highway bridge project as the backing, according to the anti-seismic requirements, determining the damping slide bearing steel of modular design used as the segment bearing, the performance of the new type of bearing is studied by bearing test, shaking table test and simulation.The main research content is as follows:(1) Analyzing the hysteretic performance of damping slide bearing steel, we can confirm the feasibility of the new type bearing design principle from the bilinear hysteretic curve and the full extent. For a single C payments and combination C payments to model the comparative analysis, obviously found combination C payments of the hysteresis curve full have rules. Among them, resistance of the shear pin shear is tested, testing value and designing value in the range of allowable error, meeting the design requirements; the friction coefficient of three different materials’wearing plate have been tested, comprehensive consideration, finally choosing HLIDE material as a new type of bearing wear plate material.(3) Using the similar principles, combined with the performance parameters of the vibration table of Fuzhou University, according to the similar than of 1/5. we design the test model, on the basis, the plate rubber support, the high damping rubber bearing and steel damping slide bearings are designed and tested, we test the real seismic response of shrinkage than model under the 7 seismic waves, besides, processing and analyzing the test data.(4) We analyze the bridge set up the plate rubber support, the high damping rubber bearing and damping slide bearing steel by using bridge nonlinear software Midas Civil, concluding peak internal force of the average response of model bridge pier top and pier bottom, hysteresis curve and peak internal force responses on average of bearing under the 7 seismic wave, besides, for vibration isolation performance of bridge set up three bearing a comparative analysis, it is concluded that damping slide bearing steel is optimal.
