The earthquake is characterized by suddenness and devastating nature.When the earthquake comes,it will cause great losses to the national economy,and it will also bring huge casualties.China is located between the Eurasian seismic belt and the Pacific Rim seismic belt.The wide range of earthquakes,high frequency and shallow source make China one of the most seriously affected countries.Because most of China belongs to villages and towns and the earthquake prevention measures of villages and towns are more less,so it was the most severely affected by the earthquake.The need to balance the economic development of cities and towns and the urgent need to solve the problems of people's livelihood have determined that buildings in villages and towns must adopt isolation and shock absorption technology.With the deepening of earthquake research and scientific experiments,people gradually abandoned the traditional seismic method and chose the method of structural damping control.In the structural damping control method,more basic isolation technology is applied.Although the application of rubber isolation system is relatively mature,the village and town areas are limited by construction conditions and economic level,and it is difficult to promote and apply in villages and towns.In response to the national call for research on low-cost seismic technology,our research team proposed a reinforced asphalt composite isolation layer,a seismic isolation pier and a steel isolation pier suitable for application in villages and towns.For the steel isolation piers suitable for low-rise frame structures,the isolation effect was studied,and the grease damping between the upper and lower steel plates was studied to study its effect on the seismic performance of the structure.This paper introduces the development of seismic response analysis method and the principle of base isolation,expounds the structural form of composite reinforced asphalt isolation layer,concrete reinforced asphalt isolation pier and steel isolation pier,and analyzes the simplified model and calculation of seismic isolation device.Principle,introduced the damping properties of asphalt grease and the production of asphalt grease.The concrete frame model is designed.In order to make the model and the prototype have similar dynamic characteristics under ground motion,the model weights are adjusted to meet the design requirements.Finally,the vibration isolation test of the two-story concrete frame model is carried out to study the seismic isolation performance of the steel isolation pier.The test phenomena and data analysis of theaddition and non-addition of the asphalt grease in the steel isolation pier indicate the damping performance of the asphalt grease.The test shows that after the seismic isolation layer formed by the steel isolation pier,the acceleration reduction coefficient is between 0.245 and 0.595,which proves that the steel isolation pier has better isolation performance;the use of added asphalt grease and no added asphalt oil The displacement reaction of the upper structure during the paste was compared to prove the damping energy consumption of the asphalt grease.The transfer function method is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the structure,and the asphalt grease is added to increase the damping of the isolated structure.The energy balance equation is used to study the damping energy consumption of the asphalt grease.The experimental results show that the seismic isolation effect of the steel isolation pier is better under the ground motion excitation selected in this paper.The isolation effect is better when the asphalt grease is added,and the damping energy consumption of the upper structure accounts for the proportion of the seismic input energy of the platform.Between 55% and 76%,it indicates that the asphalt grease has a good energy consumption.In this paper,the damping effect of grease in steel isolation piers is studied,which has important engineering significance and social value for the promotion and application of steel isolation piers.In this paper,the damping effect of grease in steel isolation piers is studied,which has important engineering significance and social value for the promotion and application of steel isolation piers.
