In recent years, the development of precision and ultra precision machining technology, which has put forward higher requirements on the precision and stability of precision measuring instruments. Based on the advantages of high precision, small friction, good stability, and so on, it is widely used in precision measuring instruments. It is important to explore the two key problems of the research on the law of the effect of gas error and the design of the new X-Y air bearing platform, which is of great theoretical and practical significance.According to the formation of the surface morphology of the object, the method of function fitting is used to simulate the plane profile of the object, and the specific expression of the surface topography is obtained.According to the basic equation of gas lubricated bearing N-S equation, the Reynolds equation and the motion state of the air bearing guide rail, the governing equation of gas lubrication of the plane air bearing guide can be deduced, and the corresponding boundary conditions are obtained. Set pneumatic floating rail location parameter, according to the mechanics mathematical equations are listed in the pneumatic floating rail balance principle and angry floating rail mechanical equilibrium conditions. Using finite difference numerical method is used to discretize the equations.
