With the rapid development of society, more bottles with various shapes emerge. But the fact is that the existing automatic case packing machines fail to load special-shaped bottles. In order to improve the efficiency of packing special-shaped bottles, it is necessary to design a manipulator suitable to those bottle. Besides, when changing the packing amount from four to six per time, the bearing axis will be subject to a stronger force. Therefore, it is also necessary to redesign the required bearing axis so as to promote the productivity of the automatic case packing machine. It is believed that this paper will play an important role in raising the efficiency of automatic case packing machines.To begin with, this paper designs a mechanical manipulator in accordance with the parameters of bottles needed to be packed. And then the author conducted a simulated analysis in terms of this manipulator. The modeling was carried out with the help of a three-dimensional software-Solidworks, and the packing process was simulated by taking advantage of the mechanical system simulation software-ADAMS. The author simulated the the packing process when the manipulator was in both active and static state. And the results demonstrated that the mechanical manipulator managed to fulfil packing special-shaped bottles. In order to meet the requirement of bearing capacity for automatic case packing machine, the author optimized the design of bearing axis in ANSYS, and succeeded in designing the bearing axis which was capable of packing six boxes per time. The design is based on such steps as setting up the bearing axis model in ANSYS, exerting load and then analyzing the situation of bearing axis.The analysis methods adopted by this paper not only simplifies the design process but also shortens the cycle of designing. Besides, it also elevates the efficiency and quality of design thus leading to lower design cost. Therefore, it can be deemed that this paper is of pragmatic and referential significance to some degree. In short, this paper helps to realize the automatic packing of special-shaped bottles, improves the efficiency of automatic case packing machines, and provides reliable technological support for the manufacture of case packing machines. After the installation and debugging, Case Packing meet the design requirements and has the very high value of engineering application.
