In recent years,most of the horizontal bag packing machines in the market have the defects of low efficiency,low automation,poor reliability and stability,which are far from meeting the requirements of safe and effective production and labor productivity in the market.As people raising the level of material culture and environmental protection consciousness enhancement,people’s consumption of most commodities requirements have exquisite packaging,emerged in the form of packing material is varied,most commodities is relatively thin packaging,easily damaged when wrapping,therefore requires the equipment has high reliability and stability of product quality.The new level of bag-type packaging machine is designed to improve the production and processing efficiency,reduce the difficulty of assembly and debugging,ensure the quality of packaging,reduce the production cost and extend the service life of the equipment.The work completed to meet the above requirements is as follows:(1)Based on the working principle and characteristics of the current horizontal bag-feeding packaging machine in the market,the overall design scheme of the new horizontal bag-feeding packaging machine was put forward,and the packaging technological process was formulated as follows:bag taking,bag connecting up,bag opening,packing,bag connecting down,heat sealing,and finished product collection.According to the production process,a new type of automatic machine with multi-station and intermittent movement is determined,and the design method and principle of each station are given.(2)Based on the structural design requirements of the new type of bag packaging machine,the analytical method was used to obtain the CAM contour curve of each function,and MATLAB was used to draw the CAM contour curve and the motion law curve of the follower,at the same time,the CAM pressure Angle and the radius of curvature were checked,verified its rationality and reliability.The 3d modeling of each component of the packaging machine was carried out with Solidworks software,and a virtual prototype was built to verify that the realization of each functional movement met the requirements of the design objectives.(3)Kinematics simulation was carried out on its key components by MATLAB,and optimization analysis was carried out on its key components by using structural parameter optimization method through ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation software.On this basis,modal analysis was carried out on its key components to further improve the reliability of the equipment.
