A Study On The Problems That The City Planning Management Have In Information Collection And The Coping Strategies

The specialty, constancy of city information collection influences the policy making of the relevant departments of the city. Whereas lower-tier cities have various problems in gathering information, which makes efficiency and information not suitable for the development of the city at present. Studying these problems and improving the availability and timeliness of information collection will not only be benefit for the development of the city, but also benefits the people for enhancing the quality of life. Therefore, the writer study the problem and strategy for the collection of city planning information at Jingzhou.In order to solve the problems that Jingzhou City Planning have in information collection, this article brings insight into these problems through taking advantage of case study, literature and SWOT analysis to find relevant materials about city information collection and the current conditions of Jingzhou City Planning information collection. After doing research and exploring on these materials, those problems can be reduced to the low level standardization of information collection, old method of collecting information, the lack of unified platform for information collection, and so on. From the perspective of seeing problems in connection and combined with national conditions, this article proposed specific schemes against to these problems respectively from the side of notion, system environment and technical support. For example, city planning can apply the idea of big data to the information collection, build unified platform for the city planning information collection system, and strengthen the application of low altitude wave sensing technique.
