In this paper, the high performance ferrocement laminate(hereinafter referred to as the HPFL) as composite layer of precast hollow slab, and assembled reinforced hollow specimen were studied on in-plane shear strength. Use the HPFL holistic precast hollow floor is combine the advantages of both the precast hollow plate and the HPFL, through laid HPFL with different intensity above the hollow slab, make the HPFL composite layer and the precast hollow slab to form a whole, to enhance the integrity of the floor and thus enhance the strength of hollow slab plane, solved the problem of the precast hollow floor plate integrity is poor, make the HPFL cover plate for the assembled monolithic integrated precast hollow floor floor systems.This experiment is mainly to study on plane shear strength of specimens which integrated by HPFL, using strength grade is M10 ~ M50 high performance composite mortar for precast hollow transverse reinforcement assembly holistic(considering the combined with actual situation, the test specimen in all adopt the single side reinforcement). In addition, the use of strength class M30 high performance composite mortar do another set of vertically assembled test piece for comparison, and respectively for assembling reinforcement on shear bearing capacity test specimens. Analysis with the HPFL horizontal bearing capacity of the specimens after assembling reinforcement, and compare the different strength grade of high performance composite mortar specimens of shear bearing capacity of precast hollow slab, the influence of which the HPFL as precast hollow slab floor plane integration effect of composite layer, and determine the different strength grade of high performance composite mortar on the influence of precast hollow plate surface integrity.By ABAQUS finite element analysis program six groups of specimens simulated loading process, analyzes the failure process, and it is concluded that the load-displacement curve, the finite element model will come out of the load- displacement curve have been compared with the actual experiment, we found that the finite element analysis results and the experimental results are basically identical.Experimental results show that the HPFL as precast hollow plate composite layer can obviously increase the shear bearing capacity of prefabricated precast hollow slab floor, integrity, and improve its plane and high performance composite mortar strength grade is high, improve the effect is more obvious.Proposed the HPFL precast hollow slab reinforcement in this holistic approach can not only used in the vast rural areas of new houses, for the use of precast hollow slab as a floor, the roof of the user to provide holistic construction guidance, at the same time strengthening the safety of the existing building engineering design reference.
