| Energy problem has become a hot issue in today’s society, And the building energy consumption in the proportion of social energy consumption, which gradually attracted people’s attention. Improving building exterior wall thermal insulation capacity is one of the most effective ways to reduce building energy consumption. The exterior wall thermal insulation of our country is popularized from the north, while show the inapplicability of the residential building in the hot summer and cold winter area. This is mainly due to the intermittent, compartment energy model of the residential building in hot summer and cold winter area, varied with continued central heating mode in the North. The internal and external thermal insulation which is used inorganic thermal insulation mortar as thermal insulation material, set the insulation layer on the inner and outer walls at the same time is rose in recent years. Based on the energy saving effect, economic efficiency and the thermal performance of the internal and external thermal insulation in residential building in hot summer and cold winter area, the related research is carried out in this paper.In this paper, the building full year energy simulation of the internal and external thermal insulation, external insulation and internal insulation for the different insulation materials and insulation layer thickness is carried out through the energy consumption simulation software IES-VE, by comparing the value of energy consumption, the energy saving effect of the internal and external thermal insulation is analyzed, and the reason is deeply studied. Based on the results of energy consumption simulation, through the market research, the whole life cycle cost of the three kinds of insulation is calculated, the economic benefit of internal and external thermal insulation and the best thickness of insulation layer are obtained. Finally, the thermal performance of the internal and external thermal insulation is analyzed by analyzing the temperature distribution and the condensation condition of the wall.Through the research of this paper, for residential building in the hot summer and cold winter area, The energy saving effect and economic benefits of internal and external thermal insulation is superior to that of external insulation and internal insulation, which is worth popularization and application in the area. |
