Building energy conservation of Hot Summer and Cold Winter Region started later than North Cold Area, since the energy conservation begin, it always refer to the north of building energy conservation measures, but the climate of Hot Summer and Cold Winter Area is different from northern heating areas, in addition to consider the winter heating, summer heat insulation also need to consider, intermittent energy use features of Hot Summer and Cold Winter Area is different from the characteristics of continuous heating of North Cold Area. External wall thermal insulation structure indoor thermal stability is good because of the main heat storage material in the inside room, this thermal insulation structure is suited for North Cold Area sustainable heating building wall thermal insulation structure, leading people to think the thermal insulation structure is suitable for Hot Summer and Cold Winter Area, without considering the influence of the regional climate, people rarely open air conditioning for a long time in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Area, closing air conditioning when nobody is in indoor or air conditioning have opened for few hours, in order to reduce air conditioning energy consumption and cost. So after having opened air conditioning, indoor wall thermal insulation structure can quickly reach the set temperature, researchers should pay more consideration to the temperature of Hot Summer and Cold Winter Area.Considered separately after the wall heat transfer, and then consider the energy consumption of whole room, this article uses the energy consumption analysis software DEST-h developed by Tsinghua University to simulate two kinds of thermal insulation in the form of a room, according to the characteristics of the residential building air conditioning use, opening air conditioning all the day, to open air conditioning three, four and five times a day, energy consumption analysis shows that in the case of opening air conditioning all day, heat insulation effect of external thermal insulation is better than internal thermal insulation, when air conditioning open intermittently, internal thermal insulation is better than external thermal insulation; At the same total running time of the day and different time of open, the results showed with the increase of air conditioning open times, the economy energy rates of internal thermal insulation increases, the increase amplitude of economy energy rates decreases.In this paper it is concluded that under the condition of intermittent open air conditioning, internal thermal insulation wall can make indoor temperature reach the set temperature faster, conducive to the energy saving of Hot Summer and Cold Winter Area, the more intermittent open number and open the shorter the time, every time to reflect the insulation in the wall of the energy saving effect, the study results can be in hot summer and cold winter area wall insulation form of reflection, hot summer and cold winter areas for further research of energy conservation and to provide a certain basis.
