GFRC, the properties make full use of the glass fiber’s performance of reinforced high strength, high modulus, low tension, high temperature resistance, no burning, to overcome the shortcomings of low tensile strength, small deformation, and poor impact resistance of cement and concrete. It has been widely used in many fields.In this paper, based on the existing literature, chosen ordinary portland cement and low portland cement, and reasonable mixed fly ash, silica fume in the concrete.To study the the influence of different cement base materials on the durability and high temperature resistance of concrete, the result as follows:(1) By orthogonal test,The optimum mix ratio of glass fiber reinforced concrete is optimized(water cement ratio 0.3, fly ash content of 10%, silica fume content of 1.5%, sand ratio of 36%). It has shown a good workability and mechanical properties, which can provide some reference for the construction of the glass fiber reinforced concrete project.(2) Compared with the mechanical properties of concrete with different cement base,draw a conclusion that the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced low alkalinity Portland cement were better than that of ordinary portland cement.The 28days’compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of Glass fiber reinforced ordinary portland cement were lower than the baseline group 9.1% and 15.5%, while glass fiber enhanced low alkalinity ordinary portland cement were higher than the baseline group 7.5% and 17.2%(3) Through the test the durability of concrete, alkali resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete with low alkalinity cement shown good carbonization resistance, resistance to chloride ion permeability(electric flux of Glass fibre reinforced Portland cement group was 993C, while low alkalinity ordinary portland cement group was 790C) and abrasion resistance(Glass fiber reinforced low alkalinity ordinary portland cement group impact grinding strength wear rate relative multiples for 64% of the reference group, it decreased 36%;, while ordinary Portland group wear rate relative multiples for 81% of the reference group, the wear rate decreased 19%).(4) Through the concrete resistance test of high temperature, low alkalinity of Portland cement as the base material of alkali resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete has good performance of high temperature resistance.
