With the aggravation of global environmental pollution and energy crisis, to develop a kind of new energy which is effective, reasonable, pollution-free and can protecting ecological environment has become the need to solve the problem.Due to the need of environmental development, the use of renewable resources of energy development is imminent, the wind and solar energy become the preferred. The first major reason is that both have the small impact on the ecological environment. The second is their operating characteristic have good complementary performance. Meanwhile from the perspective of protecting the environment, the organic combination of both can realize continuous and pollution-free recycling use. This is of great significance to solve the problem of actual energy.The establishment of the PV/wind hybrid transmission system is on the basis of respective advantages of wind and solar energy, and it mainly uses both complementary on area and time to ensure a stable supply of electricity.Firstly the paper describes the constituent structure and operating principle of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation. Also we set up the simulation model of the wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation separately, and study the voltage stability of two independent new energy power system through the simulation model to explore their advantages and disadvantages when they generate electricity independently. Then we set up the unified organism composed of both new energy, the PV/wind hybrid system. Through the system simulation about physical quantities which can influence the PV/wind hybrid system, we can observe the operating characteristics of the system efficiently, and analysis and research the single factor and multiple factors how to affect the system voltage stability, which can guide the establishment and operation of the PV/wind system in the theory.
