In recent years, with the increasingly serious environmental and energy issues, many countries began to pay more attention to the development of new energy, electric vehicle industry. This paper mainly studies the dynamic economic dispatch of electric vehicle charging in the wind-thermal power system. The main work is summarized as follows:The characteristics and related factors of EV charging load are analyzed. According to the statistical law of the daily driving distance and the end time of the electric vehicle, the mathematical model of charging load is established, and the effect of electric vehicle charging load curve is calculated by Monte Carlo simulation. At the same time, considering the influence of electric vehicle charging load and the basic load, the time division strategy is established.Using historical data to analyze the wind speed model and its characteristics, the wind speed model was obtained. According to the historical data of wind speed, the wind speed is simulated by using BP neural network and RBF neural network. The combined forecasting method is used to improve the forecasting method and the prediction error is reduced. Finally, by fitting the method, the power of the wind farm is obtained.The dynamic economic dispatch model of power system is determined, which is based on the cost of system, the cost of sewage and the cost of wind power, with the considering of constraints of system power balance, the power output of the thermal power units, the ability to climb, the ability to spare capacity and line transmission power, etc. Using NSGA-II to solve the multi-objective function and particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the single objective function, and the influence factors of economic dispatch of power system are analyzed.The results show that the greater proportion electric vehicle participating ordered charging, the lower cost of power generation system and the cost of sewage, but also conducive to the elimination of wind power, significantly better influence on the economy of the system; regional electric vehicles with larger scale, using the system of thermal power unit was higher, but also more conducive to wind power consumption; the larger the installed capacity of wind farm, the lower the cost of generating electricity and the cost of the sewage, but the cost of wind power will increase.
