With the rapid development of economy and society, higher requirements have been put forward to power system dispatching and operation due to the problems from resource pressure and environmental protection. Large amounts of renewable energy power generation equipment have accessed to power system, and this trend will maintain high growth in the next period of time. Traditional dispatching model in power system which only considers resource in generation side cannot meet the requirements of economy and safety for the rapid development of smart-grid. Interruptible load(IL) is an important measure for active demand response. Through the interaction between grid side and demand side, it can help power system adjust the load demand and do well to grid's adaptability to wind power. On the whole, it is an important means to enhance the economic security of dispatch in power system.This paper establishes a stochastic economic dispatch model which brought both interruptible load and stochastic wind generation models into scheduling, and takes the basic various constraints of system scheduling into account. According to the problem of static economic dispatch methods in a single time period and day-ahead unit commitment of multi-period, an optimization method is presented. The main work is as follow:1. Based on interruptible load, which is integrated economic dispatch, a new model of dispatch is established by composite considering the feature of IL, including scheduling mechanism, adjustable capacity, compensation price and interrupted time.2. For static economic dispatch method in a single time period, this paper establishes a stochastic economic dispatch model which brings both interruptible load and stochastic wind generation models into scheduling, and takes the system security constraints, the power constraints of generator and the constraints of interruptible load into account. On the basis of Monte Carlo simulation and modified interior point method, a comprehensive optimization algorithm is proposed to tackle the above stochastic economic dispatch model.3. For day-ahead economic dispatch in time sequence, this paper put forward a comprehensive optimization dispatch method considering both interruptible load and stochastic wind generation, and the coupling within multi-period in addition. The method firstly confirms the dispatch state of unit and interruptible load at first through a unit commitment model, and improves the optimization by the economic dispatch model.4. The validity of the proposed method is verified through the application in the IEEE standard examples.
