Active distribution network, the active power distribution network, is a kind of development mode in the future.Because of the wide range of data sources in the distribution network, the measurement data is huge, and a real-time data point source is varied and complex, the probability of bad data is high.The detection and processing of these bad data will become more and more difficult. At present, there is a lack of uniform data format and data format in the distribution network, and the data format is very different and incompatible. It is very difficult to share and apply the information. Therefore, heterogeneous data sources and abnormal data will affect all of the upper application, which is based on the data.With the development of the active power distribution network, the power quality of the distribution network in the industry is increasingly high.But from the current situation, the field of active power distribution network has not formed an effective basic data detection scheme and processing mechanism, in such a background once advanced power quality application system used in distribution network based data appeared data quality problems, not timely and effective is found, and must take remedial measures.The current situation and the field of active power distribution network to the data quality of the higher requirements have a contradiction.In this paper, I study the data characteristics of large-scale active power distribution network, and study the method of data quality detection and processing in the large scale active power distribution network, and design the detection system. We get an in-depth study on the key issues of system development process, put forward the concrete implementation scheme, achieved two goals in finally. Firstly, the power quality of distribution network is developed by RESTFul WebService technology. The service uses the IEC61970 standard solution brought by the heterogeneous data sources of inconsistent data format problem. Secondly, developed detection system. Through a variety of methods detect abnormal data in the distribution network and the topological anomalies. We show the result by system interface and reports, provide reliable data support and guarantee for the upper realization of power quality advanced applications.
