The main content of this part is to detect abnormal data in big data and analyze the causes of abnormal data,and the structural reform of electric power enterprises will continue to push forward in depth.Power Grid Corp will accelerate the transformation to New Energy Company.In order to meet the growth of social electricity demand,it has become the direction of power grid companies to have an intelligent,efficient,reliable and green grid.As the leader of building a network,power grid planning covers a large amount of data.Therefore,a set of scientific,accurate and rational data evaluation system is needed to provide reliable basic data support for its decision-making,as well as the validation of operational service effectiveness,to ensure the sustainable development of power grid companies.Power data includes power production and power services,and each link contains huge amounts of data,such as energy reference parameters,daily equipment operation monitoring,equipment maintenance,meter measurement and customer information.In our country,these data have simple file databases.There are also complex network databases,which constitute heterogeneous data sources of power grid.Thus,it can be seen that the basic data needed for power grid planning has the status quo of larg e amount of data,uneven quality and fragility of data statistics,which to some extent has an indispensable impact on the quality of data evaluation,and also disturbs the analysis of the characteristics and prediction of data indicators,and even serious ly affects the company's management and decision-making,leading to erroneous policy orientation.Aiming at the problems of data mining,incomplete collection and evaluation system and inaccurate classification of evaluation results in the quality evaluati on of basic data of power grid planning,this paper studies the methods of quality evaluation of power grid data on the basis of in-depth study on the construction of evaluation system and pursuit of high accuracy of evaluation results.The specific work is as follows:(1)Explain the coherent operation data of power system,elaborate the basic characteristics and characteristics of the data,and elaborate the correlation between data mining and statistical data quality,put forward a set of power grid statistical data quality evaluation system,and conduct in-depth research on Evaluation methods,calculation of evaluation results and index weight.(2)Construct the quality evaluation index and adopt the method of organizational analysis to elaborate the practical use of this method in load forecasting.(3)Detecting and analyzing the abnormal data in the statistical data,integrating data,screening data,analyzing data,predicting data and outputting effective data through the planning of intelligent power,make the quality evaluation of the statistical data of power grid more practical and objective.
