Analysis And Research Of 220kV Intelligent Substation Relay Protection Configuration

Smart grid is the inevitable trend of the development of power system,Smart Substation for smart grid plays a very important role in supporting. Relay protection configuration is the key to the development of smart substation,and now the national power grid has been implemented in a lot of Smart Substation project.From the pilot project,the smart substation is from the conventional substation to join the information technology,to achieve the network communication,the protection of the configuration is simplified.Therefore, it is necessary to further research on the protection of intelligent substation and explore a set of the most optimized configuration scheme, which has important application value for the protection of intelligent substation.This paper first analyzes the intelligent substation and relay protection technology, expounds the connotation of intelligent substation relay protection. Analyzes the main technical features of intelligent substation and key-module technology station transformer protection and line protection and coupler.Relay protection types of corresponding configuration, on how to apply the new relay protection technology in the realization of the intelligent substation in carried on the thorough discussion.With 220kV face west intelligent substation as an example,combined with the technical specifications of the state grid,the overall configuration of relay protection scheme is given,and completed the 220kV specific configuration of the intelligent substation relay protection.The 220kV to meet west economic and social benefits of intelligent substation project are fully analyzed. The goal of this article is to research a set of optimization and the practical value of the relay protection configuration scheme, for 220kV intelligence intelligent substation relay protection design research to provide certain reference value.
