At present, the State Grid Corporation is building to 1000kV EHV backbone network, the coordinated development of power at all levels of the strong and smart grid, to information and communication as a technical support, covering the generation, transmission, substation, distribution, electricity and other all voltage levels. And with the construction of the new smart grid will inevitably bring new more uncertain factors and risks, this topic in the smart grid to collect research data based, combined with risk element transmission theory, focuses on the analysis in the smart grid risk element transmission model and its application, and of smart grid equipment diagnosing risk, the risk element intervention load forecasting of concrete research.(1) This article on top of the existing power grid, smart grid operation theory and the risk element transmission theory based on smart grid risk element transmission of the definition, classification, measurement, mathematical foundation, transfer structure.(2) For smart grid of variable electrical equipment risk, in Shanxi Province Jinzhong City Baijiazhuang 220kV substation as an example of grid risk element transmission model of analysis, procedure of condition based maintenance of equipment is put forward, and modified to study the fault diagnosis technology of transformer risk.(3) According to the impact of the uncertain risk element on the power load forecasting, the case load of Shanxi province is verified and compared, which proves that the prediction accuracy of the model is more accurate. Based on the actual data of Jinzhong electric power dispatching load, this paper proves the feasibility of the method of scheduling load forecasting of the climate temperature risk element interference in this paper.
