Research On Smart Grid Risk Management In TJ Region

In this paper,a risk index system of smart grid is established for risk assessment of smart grid.The risk evaluation system of smart grid is established from six aspects:technical risk,engineering risk,financial risk,environmental risk,security risk,and other risks.The importance of risk evaluation index of smart grid is ranked by example analysis.Following the principles of systematicness,scientificity and feasibility,considering both internal and external factors,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy evaluation method are synthesized to obtain the weights of indicators at all levels and the comprehensive risk assessment matrix.Finally,the overall risk situation of Tianjin Smart Grid is evaluated with an example,and the current risk level of Tianjin Smart Grid is obtained.The evaluation index system of this paper combines subjective and objective,qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the risk of smart grid in Tianjin objectively and effectively.
