With the rapid development of human society, the demand for energy is growing. owever, the burning of fossil fuel has become increasingly prominent. One of solution is searching of clean and renewable energy. Wind energy is the most clean and renewable energy in all kinds of new energy sources. Rapid development wind power can relieve stress of energy supply, reduce the burning of fossil fuels, and protect the environment. However, with the increasing capacity of grid-conne, the random and volatility of wind power generation is becoming more and more prominent, which will affect the stability of the network and even endanger the security of the network.Firstly, this paper briefly analyzes the fluctuation characteristics of wind power generation, including the mechanism, the influencing factors, and the technical index of the fluctuation.Secondly, based on the double fed induction wind power generation system, a new type of power generation system for vanadium redox flow battery is configured. Analysis of the low pass filtering principle and grid limit value based strategy to stabilize the output fluctuation, proposed a new strategy to stabilize the frequency stabilizing.Thirdly, analysis and simulate the fluctuation smoothing scheme based on MATLAB in this paper. Discussed the stabilizing effection in different time constants and frequency. Furtherly verify energy storage system to stabilize the effect of wind power fluctuation.Finally, proposed the energy management platform based on the energy storage system, and save the power of the wind farm effectively.
